A person familiar with the decision told The Associated Press that Baylor’s Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Robert Griffin III has opted to declare for the NFL draft.  ESPN, citing an anonymous family source, first reported that Griffin is going pro and is in the final stages of picking an agent.
